Food Security Instructional Events
Some or all violations have been corrected during inspection. Weld County evaluates eating places, faculties, grocery stores and other amenities that deal with meals on a scale of three classes — cross, re-inspection required, and closed. The Health Department conducts unannounced inspections of restaurants no less than every year. Inspectors check that restaurants comply with food security rules. The Hancock County Health Department inspects restaurants 4 occasions yearly and violations are determined as “C” for critical, “NC” for noncritical and “R” for repeated violations.
